  • Descrição: A young woman, Marina, is accused of kidnapping her child. Years earlier, when she was a singer in a nightclub, she fell in love with and married a sailor, Andreas, over the objections of his sister and uncle. Shortly after the wedding, he went to sea, and his tracks vanished somewhere in New York. While he was away, Marina became a mother, but Andreas’ family took the child and kicked her out of the house. As a result, Marina was forced to kidnap her own daughter – which led to her being brought before the court. Just before the court was to deliver its verdict, however, the missing Andreas appears. It seems he had gone to America seeking a cure for a serious illness, without telling his family. With his return, things are restored to their original order, and Marina’s trials and tribulations end in the best possible way.
